After Ben Johnson won the race he was given a gold medal and the jugese announced that that Ben Johnson broke the world recorded. It was a matter of hours before he was caught. Ben Johnson got caught taking drugs. He was banned from olympics for life. It's fair because whoever made the rules made it fair for the other that are competing.
